i found the staff not very friendly. i stayed for four nights and seemed like a stranger. breakfast seems understaffed i overheard them saying labor is expensive. the hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner staying a long time.

i stayed at this hotel for several days and i am grateful. location is great, near the tram and several food options. the staff were friendly, and they were very helpful. the decor was very attractive.

my room was a bit noisy because the window overlooked an office building. i could see what was on their desks, so i kept the curtains closed. it was on the first floor, so it was very noisy most nights.

The hotel is located in a somewhat strange alley. Getting a car to and from there proved challenging.

i found the hotel in a superb location down a very quiet street. Dam square was only a short walk away. The interiors are nice, the room was clean and of a decent size. i felt very comfortable .

the air conditioning was managed centrally throughout the hotel, inconvenient. There was no thermostat in the room to control the air conditioning individually. Although a radiator was available, a thermostat would improve temperature control.
